June 2007 Update
A Mother’s Love is
dedicated to helping the orphans in China. We provide funds for
surgeries, foster care, education and nanny programs. God
continues to open doors for us and we are so grateful that YOU
are helping us to be Jesus’ hands and feet to His precious
children. By bringing hope and happiness into their lives, you
are helping to make a difference -- one child at a time.
Our Third Annual AML
Mission Trip is scheduled for June 27-July 5th! We are bringing
four much-needed double strollers to Hope Healing Home as well
as blankets and pillows to New Day Foster Home. We will be
assisting with the pre-school classes at both facilities as well
as holding and playing with the younger orphans.

We are happy to support
Shaohannah’s Hope and we hosted our first fundraiser luncheon in
January with Steven Curtis Chapman. It was an incredible
success, as we were able to raise over $40,000 for Shaohannah’s
Hope Foster Home in Luoyang, China! Construction is scheduled to
begin later this year and we will keep you posted on the
progress. The Chinese government recently donated a large tract
of land for this 5-story facility and remains extremely
supportive of this project.
We have now funded
critical surgeries for 25 children, improving their chances of
being adopted. Last month, four orphans were able to receive
life-saving heart surgeries. We have sponsored three nutrition
programs and a nanny program through Love Without
Boundaries and New Day
Foster Home. The children are now receiving plenty of
nutritional food and they are being held and nurtured. We have
also sponsored four rooms for Hope Healing Home and have
purchased physical therapy equipment, enabling them to care for
the orphans that require medical attention.
AML has provided
playgrounds for two orphanages (Ankang and Tacheng). It was
wonderful to watch these children receive the gift of play. We
also built a library for a
large orphanage in Xian and the children were ecstatic to
finally have books to read! A Mother’s Love has provided funds
for 20 children to attend school and 20 children to be put into
foster care. Through Bring me Hope, we granted 60 orphans their
Christmas wishes, as Santa delivered the gifts to lots of
smiling children! We recently sponsored 10 orphans to attend a
summer camp organized by Bring Me Hope and plan to send more
children in the future. These camps provide the older children
with fun, love, and various activities to increase their
self-esteem.
As always, every penny you
donate goes directly to the orphans, as we all work on a
volunteer basis. With your help, we can continue to enrich the
lives of these children. THANK YOU SO MUCH for supporting our
ministry and helping God’s precious children! As Matthew 25:40
reminds us, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of
the least of these, you did for me.”
